This website is operated by Bigeen Solutions Ltd (“Bigeen”, “we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, company registration number RC 9484602. Registered office: 23 Ebosele Crescent, Dutse Alhaji, FCT, Nigeria.
Bigeen is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This notice is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect
When you complete the Business Diagnostic
- About the organisation
- Name, website, organisation type, industry or sector, and approximate size.
- About you
- Your name, role or position, work email, phone number (optional) and preferred contact method.
- Your answers
- What you are trying to achieve, the challenges you describe, their impact, what has already been tried, what success would look like, where you are in addressing it, and anything else you add.
Your answers stay in the page until you submit. Nothing is saved in your browser, and refreshing or leaving the page clears them.
The Diagnostic asks about your organisation, not about other individuals. Please do not include health information or other sensitive details about identifiable people in your answers.
When you email us or message us on WhatsApp
The contents of your message and the contact details that come with it, such as your email address or phone number.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
How we use it
- To review your Diagnostic and respond to you.
- To reply to emails and messages.
- To prepare for a possible engagement, if you ask us to.
- To operate the website and protect it from misuse.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Legal basis
- Consent
- You confirm in the Diagnostic that Bigeen may use your information to review it and contact you about it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
- Steps before a contract
- Where you ask us to discuss or propose an engagement.
- Legitimate interests
- Responding to enquiries you send us, and keeping the website secure.
International transfers
Formspree, Vercel and Namecheap are based in the United States, so information you send through this website may be processed outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards the NDPA provides for.
How long we keep it
- Diagnostic submissions and enquiries
- Deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you, unless they lead to an engagement. This includes the copies held by Formspree and in our email.
- Engagements
- Where an enquiry leads to work together, we keep the relevant information for as long as the engagement agreement and our legal obligations require.
- Technical logs
- Kept by Vercel under its own retention periods.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and Diagnostic submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to what you send us is limited to the people at Bigeen who need it to respond. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide your information in a portable format;
- stop using it where you have withdrawn consent.
To make a request, email info@bigeensolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Children
This website is intended for organisations and the adults who represent them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding a service provider, we will update this page and the date at the top.
